Hideaway in Boroughbridge is an absolute gem! The pink interior and warm lighting create such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The staff are genuinely so kind and accommodating, which really makes the experience. The food was incredible — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The full English was absolutely banging, with generous portions high-quality meat! A truly beautiful spot that I can’t wait to visit again! 🌸🍳✨

What to say about this cute little spot. Stopped off after a stormy run for a coffee and cake, food was absolutely stunning. The cake selection was exceptional. Pumpkin spice caramel latte Cruffin is an absolute must, so light and fluffy! Also the best cheese scone ive had in a long time. Matcha was also spot on which in most places easily goes wrong. Customer service was cheery, helpful and all table service which is a lovely surprise in a little cafe like this. The only pointer I would have for the owners is, during busy periods such as today, some form of queue system such as a 'please wait here sign' would be extremely helpful. It was a tad annoying waiting for a table, for people that arrived after you to walk up and ask someone if they were leaving and take the next table. We missed out on two tables as I would hate nothing more than disturbing someone whilst potentially eating still. Again, just a suggestion the place excels in all other areas.

Popped in after seeing reviews online and where we were staying locally couldn't offer breakfast. Very dog friendly, great seating with space around to help with doggy management. Serice was quick, with warmed mugs served with tea which is a lovely touch. We swapped seats as a family of 8 including young children who wandered decided to sit next to us and we were wanting a quieter breakfast and it was no trouble with the staff that we moved. It was busy and great atmosphere and gorgeous presentation of food. Very tasty, I had the veggie breakfast with lush granary bread. Thanks.

Fantastic food. Absolutely top notch. Not sure what others are complaining about. Some of the menu is more pricey than others, however it’s no more pricey than other places I’ve been to to be honest. I did not eat a cake as I was full, but they looked absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly. One or two don’t smile. It’s true 😆

Great food, great staff, great atmosphere! The staff was so personable and welcoming to my group of Americans visiting the Harrogate area for work. I will be sure to recommend this restaurant to our other team members traveling to the UK! Hopefully, we’ll be back soon!
