Alaina is amazing! Absolutely recommend her professional, friendly and expert services! I had eye lash and tint and the results were exactly what I wanted - I’m fair haired and (very!) pale so wanted brown as black doesn’t suit my complexion. Alaina really knows her stuff! She really is an expert and made sure I was 100% happy with the results. It has lasted beautifully and much longer than expected. She explained how to maintain the look so well and really guided me through the entire process. She’s kind, welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable and I immediately felt so confident in her knowledge and expertise. I had a not so great experience at another highly rated beauticians in Boroughbridge first but they tinted my eye lashes an ashy black and missed half of the bottom lashes. My experience with Alaina was the opposite, she really cares and understood exactly what I wanted and delivered great results. I’ve just booked another appointment! Had BIAB extensions with Libby, and had such a fantastic experience - she was really friendly and lovely to chat on with whilst she did my nails. I asked for as natural a look as possible and she did such an amazing job - my nails look sooo good, and are still super natural and neat looking. Got excellent aftercare and upkeep info too, so hopefully they can stay looking this good for longer! Thank you so much!
