Boroughbridge Dental Centre

Joined in Summer 2025 after a long spell of not even being registered anywhere... Safe to say a lot of work has needed doing to get my teeth back on track with numerous fillings. The team here have been absolutely amazing so far and I genuinely have nothing bad to say nor any improvements I can think of. Staff have always been friendly and service fast. I've never found myself waiting overly long at all for my appointments. My dentist (Florentyna) and the assistant that has worked me a couple of times (Jess. F) are absolutely wonderful. Both friendly, calm and hold pleasant conversations (when you're not being worked on naturally). I also have to give Florentyna big props for her ability to give local anaesthetic without me even noticing she's done it. I legitimately have had to ask on two seperate appointments now "Wait, did you just jab me?" It was that painless I couldn't even tell. My fillings have always been done quickly and professionally with check-ups throughout the process to ensure the new filling feels smooth and has a good natural bite to it. I have also now just signed my infant up with this dentist as I am more than satisfied with them! Keep up the good work is all I can say!

I recently visited Boroughbridge Dental Centre for composite bonding with Alice, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, Alice was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She explained the process thoroughly and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Her dental nurse Sophie was also fantastic, providing support and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The results are absolutely brilliant I am so pleased with my new smile! The centre itself is welcoming and immaculate. Overall, a truly outstanding experience. Thank you, Alice and Sophie, for your excellent work!

I was met at reception by the lovely assistant to Jess A (the hygienist), Alice, was warm and friendly as she lead me in for my appointment. She immediately made me feel at ease. Jess explained what she was going to do with my teeth, she was extremely professional and friendly. They both looked after me very well. Paul, my dentist came through to collect my for my examination. He was very friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. Paul’s assistant Jess was also thoughtful of my needs (being disabled) and made sure that I was felt at ease. I highly recommend Boroughbridge Dental Centre. The staff are all amazing, I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started going there 3 years ago.

I recently attended Boroughbridge Dental Practice and I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding level of care and professionalism I received. I would rate the service as ten out of ten without hesitation. My appointment was with Dr Kate and Nurse Lynn. I was informed that Dr Kate was a foundation dentist, and I will admit that I initially felt a little nervous about this. However, I soon realised that there was absolutely no need for concern. Dr Kate carried out a very thorough examination which took around forty five minutes, and at every stage she explained clearly what she was doing and why. The examination felt detailed and attentive rather than rushed. I felt that an appropriate and well structured plan of care was put in place to support the long term health of my teeth. What stood out to me was the genuine warmth, honesty, and care shown throughout the appointment. I felt that the advice I was given was tailored to my personal situation and delivered in a supportive and reassuring manner. The practice itself looked modern, clean, and well maintained. Parking on site was convenient and made the visit easier. The reception staff working on the day were friendly, professional, and welcoming, both in person and during the initial telephone call when I booked the appointment. Overall, my experience was excellent from start to finish. I am very pleased to have found this practice and I look forward to continuing my dental care with them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Boroughbridge Dental Practice to others.

We took our children to the dentist for the first time today and it was such a lovely experience. The practice is clean, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. The staff were amazing with the kids and made them feel happy and comfortable rather than scared. We couldn’t have asked for a better first visit and would highly recommend.
