I have rented my previous two properties through Craven Homes, and the entire team has been nothing short of helpful, friendly, professional and just amazing! Whenever I needed help with anything, the team were always so caring and ensured that I was well looked after, and in such an efficient manner! Gutted my new house isn't with them! I can't even pin point one individual because they've all been marvellous! I highly recommend Craven Homes for your next move. Sad to go, but forever grateful for you all! x

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Went into the shop recently as I couldn't get through via phone, I presumed they were busy. The only staff member that was working that day was outside while the phone constantly rang and didn't attempt to answer it once in the whole time I was there. I was told that they would ring me to book me in to view 2 properties to then find out that viewings had taken place and nobody contacted me to book me in or even notify me that the properties had now been let. They completely lack professionalism as I made them aware that I have a baby and that I am proceedable to move straight away and they couldn't even be bothered to get in touch. Do not deal with this company.

We hadn’t had the best experiences with the large National estate agents around the Harrogate district and were hoping that by choosing a local privately owned estate agentcy we would find a gem. From walking into the office we were both filled with a warm glow that came from Tracey and the words she spoke. Unlike many before her she delivered the promise, she knew the market, priced it correctly ,and handled all enquiries professionally.
