Mr Coates is a good decorator but sadly did not turn up when promised and work ethic left a lot to be desired. He left dirty dust sheets and wall paper stripping on two separate occasions for over 4 weeks ! I found him to be unreliable and does not stick to dates as promised ,whilst I took time away from my office waiting for him to arrive he never did. Mr Coates never communicated to me that he was cancelling and would tell me he was ill and not coming as agreed . On one occasion when he was “ill “and could not come I saw him that day painting a shop front. Sadly From my personal experience this is not someone I would recommend .
