We have been customers of Craggs for over 20 years. Our most recent purchase was a Bosch washing machine, which we are very pleased with. As always the level of customer service was excellent - very helpful and friendly staff.

Brilliant! Washing Machine "blew up" at 0900. A call to Kevin and just over an hour and a half later, our new Siemens Washing machine was installed and working! That is Customer Service at it's best. Tricky and tight installation, but Chris and his mate were superb. No drama, just professionalism personified. THANK YOU.
