Lovely ladies, very helpful! I messaged via Facebook about a recent Jellycat drop and was advised the product was not in stock. A couple of hours later they’d had a delivery and very kindly messaged me to say the (sought after!) item I was looking for was in! Customer service was over and above - thanks so much!

What a lovely shop in Boroughbridge! A wonderful ambiance as you step inside with a great range of products including gifts, ladies fashions and presents for children. The staff are charming, giving a warm welcome and could not be more helpful while allowing you to browse at your leisure. The products are displayed beautifully. Well worth a visit.

Made my first visit by chance last weekend - wanted something for my wife’s Christmas present, was in the areas and called in by chance. What a revelation! Kind attentive staff who could not do enough for me and in the end, I think Sue, the owner, kindly advised me on sizes and the finer style points of accessories I very rarely bother to leave reviews but on looking at the Issima website (to show my sister in law ) today, I noticed a couple of caustic one star reviews and wondered whether the writers had been to the same shop? Anyway, for me it was a great experience and I will certainly call again!

I found this little gem when I moved to Boroughbridge. They sell an amazing selection of cards, gifts and even clothing and bags. It's lovely to have a local independent shop selling such lovely things. I find the staff very friendly, too.
