High Street

Good carpark right on the high street. Some tight corners to negotiate and it is not signposted very well. Parking is free though, and there is a free public toilet open throughout the day.

Beautiful river side walks, can be a little muddy. Be prepared to carry your dog poo bags, only one bin on the Boston Spa stretch of the Wharfedale....more bins, play areas and facilities in Wetherby.

This place is normally - more often than not - quiet and peaceful. Once parked you can take advantage of the Riverside where there is always a great atmosphere; the Ducks, Swans and people paddling with their kids as well as dog's. Relaxed and good for taking a Picnic or Fish & Chips from The Wetherby Whaler, where you can sit on the permanent table benches.

Great place for an evening walk along the river

Boston Spa village high street is worth a visit, with some of the best bars and restaurants you could wish for in souch a small village. I can definitely recommend the Southbank. Great food and drink, just ask the bar manager to mix one of the best gin cocktails I have ever had.
