For a younger audience there will be a paper lantern making workshop also from 11am – 3pm. This free drop-in session is inspired by South Asian heritage and culture, and the lanterns are easy to make with simple instructions, with all materials provided. Children must be accompanied by a parent / responsible adult. Alongside these workshops there will also be snacks served by Market traders and special pop-ups, plus Premcrest will be on the pop-up selling special products. There will also be free Mehndi and face-painting at the Market, plus an Eid food tour from 1-2pm – look out for more information and tickets soon.
