A Seafood and Steakhouse Experience That Exceeded Expectations! My recent visit to Porter House Bros. was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend this place highly enough. We came for the seafood and left planning our next trip back! The star of the show was undoubtedly the amazing seafood boil. It was packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly seasoned—truly one of the best I've had. If you're a fan of authentic, flavourful seafood, this dish is a must-try. We started our meal with six fresh oysters, which were chilled and presented beautifully. They were clean, crisp, and the perfect opener. To complement our main courses, we also ordered a side of steak cut chips and the garlic mushrooms. The chips were thick, fluffy, and satisfyingly crisp, and the mushrooms were incredibly rich, buttery, and cooked to perfection—simple sides done exceptionally well. Beyond the incredible food, the staff were truly the highlight of the evening. They were very kind and helpful, providing attentive service without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and ensured we had everything we needed, making the whole dining experience feel welcoming and seamless. From the superb seafood boil to the fresh oysters and perfectly executed sides, Porter House Bros. delivers on flavour and hospitality. It’s the ideal spot for a special night out or just when you need a top-tier seafood fix. We highly recommend paying them a visit!

Service was good and so was atmosphere. Came here a year ago, seafood boil was excellent. However came today and ordered the lobster roll, it was absolutely rancid. It did not even taste likd lobster, it tasted like a seafood cocktail sandwich from Asda. I paid Wasnt happy at all, didnt even eat it. I asked the worker if i have to pay for this and they said unfortunately they can replace it with another product and i could pay for that instead however i declined as i lost my appetite. Workers were lovely, it was just the food was not up to standard today. Was really looking forward to it too. Also got the scallops, they were tasty. The grilled halloumi tasted weird and sour.

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Porter House Bros – Bradford Visited with my family on a Monday evening, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. I called ahead to book a table and was sent a quick and easy link to pay a £15 deposit. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a lovely corner table that had been reserved just for us. We ordered steak, the seafood platter, and chips — and honestly, the food was out of this world. Everything was full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The chips were some of the best we’ve ever had! The portion sizes were generous, and we couldn’t finish it all — the staff were kind enough to provide us with containers to take the rest home. The service was outstanding. The staff were polite, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking for *high-quality halal steak and seafood* in Bradford. We had a great evening and will definitely be returning. Just a tip, if you'd like to leave a tip, make sure you have some change with you as it’s cash only for tips. *Highly recommended!*

Really great seafood boil. More expensive side for a restaurant but well worth it and such a treat! Great portions and quality for the price. Staff were really friendly and attentive with taking away scraps. Do bring cash if you come as a big group as they don't split the bill.

Well what a find this was, food was absolutely amazing and after working in Bradford for 38 years I can say this is one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in. Very high quality seafood and meats cooked to perfection and served very pleasantly. Just be aware the restaurant does not serve alcohol but if you let that put you off you’ll miss out on some of the best food in West Yorkshire
