Be a part of it.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We are looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist with a passion for making a difference to others.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You will be working Full time (37.5 hours per week) at Cygnet Hospital Bierley.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><b>Working on a rolling rota covering 5 days out of 7 including alternative weekends (Hours to be discussed at interview)</b></p> <p><br /></p> <p>Cygnet Hospital Bierley provides a range of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The hospital is set across four wards offering single-sex male and female specialist mental health services. All our services are provided under the umbrella of a recovery orientated approach and are reviewed through the CPA framework.</p> <p>You will be responsible for helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and the people in our care.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><b>Your Day-to-Day...</b><br />• Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience<br />• Greet visitors & notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrival<br />• Ensure visitors sign in & out, and that patients leaving & returning are recorded appropriately<br />• Answer & transfer all incoming calls and take messages where appropriate<br />• Sort & distribute post, and assist with general office duties as required<br />• Keep the reception area clean & tidy<br />• Promote the safety & security of all site users and ensure all staff comply with security protocols.<br /><br /><b>You a<br />re...</b><br />• An experienced receptionist/administrator used to liaising with customers/clients<br />• Organised, naturally helpful and a good multi-tasker<br />• Computer literate – including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent<br />• Knowledgeable of telephone systems<br />• Polite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skills<br />• GCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacy<br />• Diligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.<br /><br /><b>Why Cygnet?
