We are looking for educators who don't just teach the curriculum, but who ignite a passion for inquiry and empower students to become the thinkers of tomorrow.</p> <p>This is a<strong> full time permanent position</strong> and you will be required to support <strong>five days a week</strong> Monday - Friday inline with school hours.</p> <p>You can easily apply by simply emailing me your CV now to </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full teaching responsibility for a class, including planning, delivering, and assessing the National Curriculum to foster a love of learning.</li><li>Act as a champion for all students, specifically supporting SEND learners within a mainstream setting and breaking down barriers to learning.</li><li>Use "Assessment for Learning" strategies and positive behaviour management to track progress and improve student outcomes.</li><li>Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, parents, and multi-agency teams such as Educational Psychologists.</li><li>Contribute to the wider school community and assist in shaping intervention programs or leading specific curriculum strategies.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Preferred skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Substantial experience in a specific phase (e.g., KS1 or KS2), including a deep understanding of moderation and statutory assessments. </li><li>A proven track record of improving outcomes for diverse learner groups and a working knowledge of EHCP processes. </li><li>The creative vision to innovate the curriculum and adapt resources in real-time to meet the needs of all pupils. </li><li>Highly organized and "emotionally intelligent" communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive parental conversations. </li><li>The ability to support and mentor colleagues to cultivate the next generation of teaching talent.</li><li>Must hold Full UK QTS.</li><li>Must hold a relevant degree and have taught the National Curriculum in a Primary setting.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Personal attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The grit to navigate the daily challenges of primary education while maintaining high professional standards. </li><li>A mission-driven commitment to acting as a powerful force for social mobility and closing the educational gap. </li><li>A proactive and collaborative mindset that thrives within a "family" feel school environment. </li><li>The drive to stay ahead of educational trends and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development. </li><li>The capacity to celebrate every student win, no matter how small, and foster a genuine sense of belonging.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Please note that this role is unable to offer any Sponsorship at this time. </strong></p> <p>All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child protection and UK eligibility vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references.
