<strong>KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Job Title:</strong>&nbsp;Teaching Assistant&nbsp;Assessor / Trainer&nbsp;(Trainee or Qualified)<br /><br /><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>West Yorkshire - Must be flexible with travel<br /><strong>Salary:&nbsp;</strong>up to &#163;28,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications) - pro rata for term time&nbsp;<br /><br /><strong>Type:&nbsp;</strong>Full Time OR Term Time considered<br /><strong>Criteria for all candidates:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant&nbsp;with recent experience spanning for the last 3-5 years</li><li>Experience / knowledge of SEND / Autism is highly desirable.</li><li>Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.</li><li>Full driving licence&nbsp;and use of own vehicle.</li></ul> <strong>Duties include:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications up to Level 3,&nbsp;to adult learners&nbsp;in a group-based setting.</li><li>Ensure sessions are motivating,&nbsp;engaging and develop learners'&nbsp;skills knowledge and behaviours.</li><li>Organise&nbsp;and maintain documentation on learners' progress.</li><li>Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.</li><li>Work to learner review and completion timescales.</li></ul> <strong>Please note:</strong><br />KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
