Finance Business Partner - FP&A

Axon Moore are delighted to be exclusively supporting a rapidly growing SME in Bradford with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner - FP&amp;A to join their team.&nbsp;<br /><br />As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will provide meaningful insights that help shape strategic decisions, working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders across the organisation.<br /><br />Duties:<br /><ul> <li>Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic reforecasts</li><li>Perform deep-dive analysis into profitability drivers and identify value-add opportunities</li><li>Produce clear, insightful KPI reporting and commentary for senior leaders</li><li>Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations</li><li>Conduct ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making</li><li>Analyse operational and financial data to highlight trends, variances, and improvement opportunities</li><li>Support system and process improvement initiatives within FP&amp;A and the wider finance function</li></ul> <br />Requirements:<br /><ul> <li>Newly qualified or qualified (1-2 years PQE) ACCA, ACA or CIMA</li><li>Strong financial modelling and analytical skills</li><li>Commercially minded with the ability to communicate complex insights simply</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems</li><li>SME experience beneficial</li></ul>
