Management Accountant - FP&A

<p><strong>Job Title: Management Accountant – FP&amp;A</strong><br /><strong>Location:</strong> Bradford (3 days office / 2 days flexible)</p> <p>We are recruiting a commercially minded <strong>Management Accountant (FP&amp;A)</strong> to join a fast-paced, dynamic finance team based in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a PE-backed business environment where pace, accountability and proactive thinking are key.</p> <strong>The Role</strong> <p>This position sits within FP&amp;A and plays a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, management accounts and cash flow forecasting, while also acting as a true Finance Business Partner to both finance and operational stakeholders.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Produce accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and financial reports</p> </li><li> <p>Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow forecasting processes</p> </li><li> <p>Provide meaningful commercial analysis to support decision-making</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with operational teams, focusing on the “what” and the “why” behind the numbers</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to finance transformation and process optimisation initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Oracle and Oracle BI reporting systems</p> </li><li> <p>Support wider commercial finance activities including reporting and performance analysis</p> </li></ul> <strong>About You</strong> <p>We’re looking for someone with:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A strong technical grounding in management accounting (ACCA / ACA / CIMA – open to qualification background)</p> </li><li> <p>Solid financial reporting and FP&amp;A experience</p> </li><li> <p>Business partnering exposure with the confidence to challenge and influence</p> </li><li> <p>A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to improve processes</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Degree background and sector experience are not essential.
