Panel Wirer
<p>We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Wirer to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a stable and growing business.<br /><br />Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience </p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read basic Schematic drawings, G/A’s, CDR’s, D&P drawings and identify components.</li><li>Must be competent at stripping and crimping cables from 0.75mm to 120mm using hand tools and machinery.</li><li>Create Screen and Ethernet Cable.</li><li>Have the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.</li><li>Produce basic wiring in a uniformed manner.</li><li>Work to process standards and operating procedures.</li><li>Capable of highlighting potential issues and suggesting rational corrective/preventative actions.</li><li>Capable and willing to transfer skills and knowledge to colleagues when requested.</li><li>Operate and have control of Kanban and consumable stock levels.</li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>The ability to effectively communicate using both verbal and written communication that delivers high levels of confidence in those dealt with.</li><li>The ability to meet the expectation of both internal and external customer, clients and suppliers through a sound understanding of their requirements, being responsive to their needs and exceeding their requirements.</li><li>The ability to pragmatically solve problems using varied approaches and considering all relevant factors and options before making a decision/taking action. </li><li>The ability to demonstrate energy, drive, commitment and dedication to achieving both own and company success.</li><li>The candidate ideally has previously worked in a manufacturing environment and have previous experience of wiring to schematic diagrams.</li></ul> <p>If you want to discuss the positions in more detail, please call Nicole at Elevation Recruitment Group on .
