<p>Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an <strong>Advanced Practitioner </strong> to join their West Duty & Assessment Team at Bradford Children Family Trust at Farcliffe Family Centre</p> <p><strong><br />Location: </strong>Sir Henry Mitchell House, BD5 0QL<strong><br />Contract:</strong> Full-Time Permanent<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> (£38,220 - £46,142 per annum)<br /><strong>Additional Benefits:</strong> £3,000 Retention Payment</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an <strong>experienced, innovative, and dedicated Advanced Practitioner</strong> to join our <strong>West Duty & Assessment Team</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide <strong>practice leadership and oversight</strong> within the Duty & Assessment team</li><li>Support and mentor Social Workers to deliver high-quality, child-centred practice</li><li>Contribute to a <strong>relational and restorative culture</strong> of continuous learning and reflective practice</li><li>Lead on <strong>complex cases</strong>, including those within <strong>pre-proceedings and care proceedings</strong></li><li>Ensure timely and effective decision-making to safeguard children</li><li>Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes</li></ul> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>The West Duty & Assessment Team is a fast-paced and supportive environment, committed to delivering excellent frontline services.
