Shift Packing Manager - Afters

<p>This is a shift leadership role responsible for transforming and managing a high-volume packing operation, leading a team of around 40 operatives. You will drive operational performance, modernise processes and ensure exceptional standards across quality, efficiency and people management.</p> <p><strong>Client Details</strong></p> <p>The client is a well-established, fast-growing food manufacturing business with multiple UK production and distribution sites.
