Job Title: Small Works Coordinator Location: Bradford Salary: Negotiable + package We are pleased to be working with a leading provider of active fire protection systems, delivering high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance services across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Small Works Coordinator to join their expanding team. Duties: <ul> <li>Small works planning and scheduling.</li><li>Ordering small works materials</li><li>Communication with the client in arranging convenient appointments/ booking work.</li><li>Resource Management in allocating and managing engineers. Including daily updates</li><li>Risk Management producing and ensuring RAMS are in place.</li><li>Following provided training review asbestos reports.</li><li>Quality Assurance monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standard.</li><li>Provide adequate and effective support for the installation engineers.</li><li>Ensuring completion of reports and handover documentation to client.</li><li>Report KPIs and review completed projects with the account managers.</li><li>Weekly forecasting on anticipated completed work</li></ul> Experience: <ul> <li>Working within a similar contract co-ordination role in social housing or similar sector</li><li>Customer/client liaison</li><li>Working in a fast paced environment</li><li>Ability to adapt and be flexible to environments as and when required</li></ul> Other attributes: <ul> <li>Excellent Communication Skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent Organisational Skills with ability to take ownership of tasks, situations and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to take on tasks and help out wherever necessary</li><li>A drive to succeed in a diverse team, by way of taking control of situations to ensure completion of actions is at the forefront</li></ul>
