You will work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to high-level strategic planning and project delivery across the organisation.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br />As a Strategic Planning & PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s <strong>strategic planning process and project portfolio</strong>. You’ll help gather and analyse data, prepare reports and presentations, and monitor the progress of important initiatives to ensure they stay on track.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the preparation of materials for strategic planning cycles and leadership meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct research and analysis on markets, performance, and internal data</p> </li><li> <p>Produce clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain project documentation including plans, milestones, risks, and status reports</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate governance meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes</p> </li><li> <p>Track progress across key initiatives and highlight any risks or delays</p> </li><li> <p>Work with teams across the organisation to gather updates and ensure projects are progressing smoothly</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to improving planning and project management processes</p> </li></ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree or Master’s in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and organisational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Confident using <strong>Excel and PowerPoint</strong></p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in <strong>strategy, planning, and project management</strong></p> </li></ul> <p>If you’re looking to build a career in <strong>strategy, planning or project management</strong>, this role offers excellent exposure and development within a highly respected organisation.</p>
