Temporary Brand Advisor
<p><strong>Role</strong>: Temporary Brand Advisor - Bradford (one day per week) </p> <p><strong>Salary</strong>: £37K- £45k (this will be pro rata and paid on an hourly rate)</p> <p><strong>Contract length:</strong> 1-3 months, with view of extension</p> <p><strong>Hours</strong>: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a national utilities business. </p> <p>To communicate and engage with customers, colleagues and stakeholders and build trusting relationships that keeps the company relevant giving us the freedom to operate in-line with the company strategy while working towards achieving our vision.</p> <p><strong>Role specific:</strong></p> <ul> <li>To drive brand consistency and development ensuring all communication channels used by the organisation adhere to the brand guidelines.</li><li>To drive and manage workflow through the team including our in-house studio and external suppliers/agencies, ensuring realistic timescales are set and met and that plans and processes are put in place</li><li>To support the development of brand related projects and collateral to support the wider business in order to achieve key business objectives.</li><li>To drive creativity, innovation within brand activity to achieve brand objectives.</li></ul> <p><strong>Brand responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Is a key contact within the business to support, advise and add value from a brand perspective via the incoming requests we receive from our internal customers or via larger planned projects.</li><li>Advises team members and other internal colleagues/customers on all things brand, such as, but not limited to:</li><li>Ensuring the look and feel of collateral aligns to the brand guidelines</li><li>Appropriate use of channel/media and offering alternative solutions</li><li>Suitability of comms according to the target audience and offering ways of making it better.</li><li>TOV (tone of voice) and adhering to our guidelines</li><li>Core message and narrative – ensuring this aligns with our broader company narrative, strategy and vision where appropriate.</li><li>Implements the brand guidelines across the business, working with key stakeholders to make sure the guidelines are understood, implemented and fit for purpose.</li><li>Has awareness of ongoing campaign activity via the team members in the wider Brand and Marketing team,) and is able to support and add value form a brand perspective when required.</li><li>Works with the brand team to manage incoming workflow and decide on the best course of action to deliver the branded comms required for the business, such as :<br /><ul> <li>Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their need for comms and can work this into a written brief as well as keeping colleagues informed of progress and timescales of jobs</li></ul> </li></ul> <p><strong>Skills and Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Significant brand and communication experience</li><li>Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise workload independently</li><li>Great experience working with Microsoft programmes</li><li>Creative skills to enable strong brand development</li><li>Influencing and communication skills with key stakeholders</li><li>Strong project management and process mapping skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time</li><li>Experience and knowledge of working with creative and print agencies</li><li>Knowledge of channels/selected media and using them to target audiences based on experience and customer insight</li><li>Experience of working in similar brand/communications roles</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
