If you’re organised, people-oriented, and eager to learn, this role can offer progression and development.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Salary is &#163;27,000 for this hybrid role, with a generous holiday allowance including you birthday off plus health and wellbeing provisions and the opportunity for CPD and internal training.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>A hybrid role</strong>, you will be dividing your time between the office in Bradford (Tues - Thurs) and working from home (Mon and Fri). Hours are 9-5 (35 hour week)&nbsp;</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>So, what will you be doing?&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Supporting the full employee lifecycle including ER matters&nbsp;</li><li>Providing first-line support via phone and HR systems&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining accurate HR records using ATS and Microsoft systems&nbsp;</li><li>Workingf collaboratively in a fast-paced shared services environment</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>What makes you a great fit?</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Strong administrative and organisational skills to keep HR processes running smoothly&nbsp;</li><li>Confidence in communication with an excellent phone manner&nbsp;</li><li>Solid IT skills, including Excel for filtering and accurate data input&nbsp;</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn&nbsp;</li><li>CIPD Level 3 is desirable (although this is a CPD opportunity after probation) ,with shared services experience seen as a bonus</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>If this sounds like your next step and you’re keen to grow your HR career in a supportive team within a growing organisation who pride themselves on customer experience and community impact, apply today.</p> <br />
