<strong>Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Property</strong><br />? Bradford City Centre<br />? Full Time<br /><br />An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy and well-established Residential Property team in Bradford city centre.<br /><br />This is a fantastic role for someone with solid end-to-end conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high levels of client service. You’ll be working closely alongside an experienced Conveyancer, offering both administrative and paralegal support across a varied caseload.<br /><br />The Role You will be involved in the full residential conveyancing process, supporting from instruction through to post-completion. Duties will include:<br /><br /><ul> <li>Managing client work allocated by your supervisor in line with department procedures<br /><br /></li><li>Drafting correspondence and legal documents, including issuing sales contracts<br /><br /></li><li>Handling client enquiries by telephone and keeping clients updated on progress and costs<br /><br /></li><li>Liaising with estate agents, other solicitors and third parties<br /><br /></li><li>Undertaking searches on purchase matters, including pre-exchange searches<br /><br /></li><li>Managing post-completion registrations<br /><br /></li><li>Assisting with financial transactions and preparing client bills<br /><br /></li><li>Opening and closing files<br /><br /></li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems<br /><br /></li></ul> About You <ul> <li>Ideally 3+ years’ recent experience handling the end-to-end residential conveyancing process<br /><br /></li><li>Confident dealing with clients and third parties<br /><br /></li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail<br /><br /></li><li>Able to manage competing priorities in a busy department<br /><br /></li><li>Comfortable handling financial transactions and working to deadlines<br /><br /></li></ul> This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation and a supportive team environment.
