<strong>EMPLOYMENT PARALEGAL - BRADFORD - 1 DAY IN OFFICE </strong><br /><br />This boutique employment law practice advises large business clients across the UK, providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice on workplace matters.<br /><br />As part of its continued growth, the firm has recently opened a new office in <strong> Bradford</strong>, creating an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialist employment law environment.<br /><br />You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team where people are encouraged to develop their skills, gain real client exposure and build a long-term career in employment law.<br /><br />The Role • Supporting solicitors in preparing advice and guidance in response to day-to-day employment law queries from clients<br />• Reviewing employment contracts, identifying areas for improvement and assisting with drafting updated contractual documentation<br />• Assisting with the preparation of practical employment law advice for large business clients across the UK<br />• Drafting weekly email updates on developments in employment law, maintaining a clear, commercial and straight-talking style<br />• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring they are set up effectively to receive advice from the team<br />• Conducting legal research and assisting with a wide range of employment law matters<br />• Working closely with experienced employment lawyers in a specialist environment<br /><br />You • Hold a qualifying legal qualification such as an LLB, LPC or equivalent<br />• Have achieved, or be predicted to achieve, at least a 2:1 classification or equivalent<br />• Have studied employment law as part of your degree or legal training, or have gained relevant experience in this area<br />• Demonstrate strong written communication skills and attention to detail<br />• Have a genuine interest in employment law and developing your career in this field<br />• Be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment<br /><br />Benefits • Flexible hybrid working – <strong>4 days working from home and 1 day in the Bradford office</strong><br />• Opportunity to work with large business clients across the UK<br />• Exposure to high quality employment law advisory work<br />• A supportive and collaborative team environment<br />• Excellent opportunities for career development and progression<br />• Pension contributions<br />• Life assurance<br /><br />For more information, please reach out to me here:<br /><br />
