HGV Driver Class 1 (Day and Tramper Vacancies)

<p>We are the UK's leading manufacturer of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), operating from a purpose built factory in Bradford, West Yorkshire. With over 30 years experience of supplying EPS for packaging, insulation and construction applications, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services provided to our customers.</p> <p>We are seeking skilled Class 1 HGV Day Drivers and Trampers to join our team.</p> <p>As an HGV Class 1 Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our bespoke goods to our customers.</p> <p>Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:</p> <p>· Operating HGV Class1 vehicles in compliance with UK road safety regulations</p> <p>· Conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections.</p> <p>· Ensuring secure and efficient loading and unloading of goods.</p> <p>· Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.</p> <p>· Communicating effectively with the dispatch team.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>· Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C&#43;E) driving licence</p> <p>· Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card</p> <p>· A minimum of 2 years of HGV Class 1 experience</p> <p>· Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude</p> <p>· Flexibility to work various hours and work nights out if required.</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>· 45 hour a week contract</p> <p>· Overtime paid at &#163;16.50.</p> <p>· Overnights paid at &#163;26.20.</p> <p>· Monday to Friday – Day shifts (No weekend working)</p> <p>· Annual Christmas shut down period with additional 1 day gifted.</p> <p>· Modern and well-maintained fleet of vehicles</p> <p>· Free on-site parking</p>
