We’re hiring a Sales Negotiator in Bradford with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus commission!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Negotiating property sales between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcomes for our clients</li><li>Managing the entire sales process from offer agreed through to completion</li><li>Providing regular updates and feedback to vendors and buyers</li><li>Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and conveyancers, auctioneers to ensure smooth transaction progression</li><li>Promoting and referring mortgage and conveyancing, auction services where appropriate</li><li>Generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers</li><li>Qualifying buyers and matching them to suitable properties</li><li>Handling offers professionally and ensuring all parties are kept informed</li><li>Delivering excellent customer service and client care at every stage of the transaction</li><li>Working closely with the team to achieve branch targets and maintain high standards</li><li>Organise property marketing activities including online listings, open days, and promotional events</li><li>Maintain comprehensive records of negotiations, client interactions, and transaction progress using CRM systems</li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate</p> <ul> <li>Previous estate agency sales negotiation experience</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple transactions and maintain attention to detail</li><li>Highly motivated, proactive, and target driven</li><li>Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team</li><li>A genuine commitment to providing outstanding client service</li></ul> <p><br /></p>
