Be a part of it.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week (Days,Nights and Weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Bierley.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Cygnet Hospital Bierley provides a range of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The hospital is set across four wards offering single-sex male and female specialist mental health services. All our services are provided under the umbrella of a recovery orientated approach and are reviewed through the CPA framework.</p> <p><b>Your Day-to-Day…</b><br /><br />• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents<br />• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support<br />• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way<br />• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required<br />• Safeguard<br />• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all<br /><br /><b>You are…</b><br />• Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives<br />• An excellent communicator and a good team player<br />• Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment<br />• Helping to empower & support service user independence.<br /><br /><b>Why Cygnet?
