As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and Behaviour Support Worker, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between academic instruction and emotional regulation. This is not a standard classroom assistant role; it requires someone who can step up to lead a class in the teacher's absence while simultaneously managing complex behavioural needs.
