Credit Controller
<p><br /></p> <p>JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting Bradford business, who are looking for a credit controller to join their team. Reporting to the credit supervisor, you will be working in a small team environment overseeing your own ledger. Candidates with previous credit or good customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply as full training is given.</p> <p>You will be an organised candidate who excels in a busy environment. You will be an effective communicator and work well in a team as well as on your own, using initiative at all times. You will have experience of hitting deadlines and understand what is required of working in a busy, diverse credit control environment.</p> <p>This role is fully office-based.</p> <p>Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Chasing payments owed via telephone, email and letter</li><li>Placing accounts on stop</li><li>Setting limits and agreeing payment terms</li><li>Credit checking new customers</li><li>Producing statements</li><li>Allocate payments to accounts</li><li>Ensure payments are made in agreed time and ensure remittances are received</li><li>Raising queries</li><li>Liaising with legal team when required</li><li>Statement reconciliations</li><li>Analysis of accounts and reporting on Excel</li></ul> <p>You may be an experienced credit controller looking for your next busy role, alternatively you may be a candidate with some good customer service experience looking for a break into credit control. Candidates in either field will be considered for this role and are encouraged to apply. Full training will be given.</p> <p>Salary on offer is £26,000 + bonus working 37.5 days per week.
