<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In House Property Solicitor to join a global technology and telecommunications business in Leeds. This role will suit a junior commercial property solicitor looking to move in house and work closely with a growing legal team on a wide range of real estate matters.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Client Details</strong></p> <p>Our client is a global telecommunications and technology group with an office in West Yorkshire. The business delivers broadband, mobile and digital infrastructure services to millions of customers and businesses</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>The In House Property Solicitor will be:</p> <p><br /></p> <p>* Managing lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments and property agreements</p> <p>* Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial property documentation</p> <p>* Working on real estate transactions and wider infrastructure projects</p> <p>* Conducting due diligence and preparing reports in line with internal real estate policies</p> <p>* Advising internal stakeholders on commercial property matters</p> <p>* Attending meetings with business teams and external advisers</p> <ul> <li>* Working closely with the wider legal team on key commercial projects</li></ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <p>The In House Property Solicitor should be:</p> <p><br /></p> <p>* A solicitor with around NQ to 4 years PQE in commercial property</p> <p>* Experienced in landlord and tenant matters including leases and licences</p> <p>* Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial property documents</p> <p>* Interested in developing an in house legal career</p> <p>* Able to work closely with business stakeholders and external advisers</p> <ul> <li>* Commercially minded with strong attention to detail</li><li>Be able to work in Bradford two days a week</li></ul> <p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.</li><li>25 days of annual holiday leave.</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>Generous pension contribution of 8%.</li><li>Opportunity to work in the innovative and fast-paced Technology & Telecoms industry.</li></ul> <p>If you are an experienced In-house Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply today!</p>
