<ul> <li><strong>Infrastructure Engineer </strong></li><li><strong>Bradford - Onsite 5 days a week </strong></li><li><strong>3 month contract </strong></li><li><strong>Inside of IR35 </strong></li><li><strong>£28 per hour</strong></li></ul> <p>My client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team, this roles core purpose is to deliver high-quality end-user and infrastructure support, ensuring agreed service levels are met or exceeded, while continuously improving services and customer experience.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Deliver and support IT infrastructure and end-user services in line with agreed service levels.</li><li>Support continuous service improvement, embedding customer care and service excellence as core values. </li><li>Follow IT service management (ITIL) processes, ensuring consistency, accurate documentation, and effective use of service management tools. </li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to identify, investigate, and resolve system and service issues, including preventative measures. </li><li>Provide specialist technical advice and guidance, including mentoring less experienced colleagues.</li><li>Manage and protect confidential and sensitive information, ensuring compliance with legislation (e.g. DPA, FOI).</li><li>Supervise external technical consultants when required and deputise for senior managers as needed.</li></ul> <p><strong>Esstential Knowledge and Technical Skills </strong></p> <ul> <li>Server, storage, and email technologies (physical & virtual environments, Exchange, VMware/Hyper-V).</li><li>Desktop, workspace, and virtual desktop technologies (Citrix, Windows environments).</li><li>Network, security, telephony (Cisco, Nexus, Mitel VOIP).</li><li>Datacentre, monitoring, bulk printing, and midrange systems.</li></ul> <p>Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p>
