<p><strong>IT Technician / Computer Hardware Engineer to do Field Service</strong></p> <p><strong>EPOS Field Service Engineer</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>Looking for someone confident on PC hardware to undertake swap outs of IT and EPOS equipment (electronic point of sale - till systems) for well-known retail brands across the North West, an ideal home location would be around the LS / BD post code areas: anywhere 30 mins of Leeds or Bradford.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You must have a full manual driver’s licence to apply for this role.</p> <p>A fully expensed company van is provided.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You will be required to drive to multiple sites per day, to attend field service calls on the IT and EPOS equipment in the client's customer's stores.</p> <p>Training on EPOS hardware will be given.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The role requires work 5 days out of 7 to cover Saturday and Sunday, on 1 in 2 Saturdays, 1 in 3 Sundays.</p> <p>Standard hours 0900 - 17:30, overtime is paid outside of this.</p> <p>Package of <strong>&#163;27153 &#43; Van</strong> &#43; overtime; made up of a Basic salary of &#163;26200 and shift / rotation on call payments of around &#163;953 per annum.</p> <p>You will be the Evening On-Call Engineer, currently 1 week in 6, where you work 12:00 - 20:00 standard hours &#43; emergency on call until 22:00.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>This is a 40 hours per week full time PAYE contract.</p> <p>For any additional hours worked, overtime is paid at x1.5 Mon - Saturday and x2 Sunday and bank holidays (most Engineers do &#163;3000 per annum in overtime).</p> <p><br /></p> <p>This is a full-time permanent job with a fully expensed company van (with personal use), pension, paid holiday, and private medical insurance.</p>
