Project Manager - Fire and Security
<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<br />Location: Bradford<br />Salary: Negotiable + package</strong></p> <p>We are pleased to be working with a leading provider of active fire protection systems, delivering high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance services across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Small Works Coordinator to join their expanding team.</p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong></p> <p>* Review Project Scopes.</p> <p>* Project Planning and Scheduling.</p> <p>* Customer Service / Client Satisfaction / Client communication / Arranging convenient appointments.</p> <p>* Resource management producing and ensuring RAMs are in place.</p> <p>* Quality Assurance monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.</p> <p>* Provide effective support for installation engineers.</p> <p>* Completion of reports and handover documents for clients within required timescales.</p> <p>* Report on KPI's and review completed projects with the sales team.</p> <p>* Effectively planning to mitigate issues and delays / Resolve issues/delays quickly and effectively.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <p>* Proven track record as a project manager.</p> <p>* Strong technical understanding of project workflows and processes.</p> <p>* Excellent communicator with confident negotiation skills.</p> <p>* Experience of installations, maintenance and commissioning of fire and security systems.</p> <p>* IOSH Qualification & SMSTS Qualification.</p> <p>* Confident user of systems.</p> <p>* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and managing your workload and time efficiently in line with the needs of the business.</p> <p>* Full UK driving license.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Other attributes:</strong></p> <p>* Experience with CRM platforms, CASH.</p> <p>* Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced working environment.</p> <p>* Ability to influence and manage at all levels.</p> <p>* Drive results through coaching and guidance.</p>
