Asda Bradford Cemetery Road Superstore

Asda here at cemetery road have a 24 hours open supermarket. It's one of largest grocery store in Bradford with wide range of products, including groceries, clothing, electronics, and more, at competitive prices. All the sections are nicely arranged. There is automatic self check out and other billings counters. Store offers huge parking and there is Asda petrol station at entrance.

Good staff and variety here at this asda especially the security who helps on check outs at times ... fab service

Went to look for some summer shorts for my son. As it happens the staff aren't “‘happy to help” They only had one pack of two shorts in my son��s size. The pack of 2 was £20 However, one of the shorts from the pack was missing. So I approached the George staff member- who was irritated by me asking. He looked through the shelves and agreed that the other was missing. He told me to go to customer service and they would reduce it. I went to customer service- they said” you can’t come to that side of the desk you will have to paid for everything and come back on your way out. I explained my situation. Another staff member was shouted over. She said there wasn’t anything she could do. I again explained my situation- and I also explained that the George staff members I spoke to had told me to come here- I explained I was happy to buy both for £20 but they couldn’t fine the other one. So could they reduce the price to reflect this. She didn’t say anything to me just took the shorts and walked off I followed her- she went to the George staff member who I had previously spoke with. He looked through the shelves again and for the third time confirmed there were no other shorts on the shelves. He didn’t say anything to me but walked off into the back staff area five minutes later he came back and checked the shelves again- for the forth time- and confirmed there wasn’t any more shorts. He said “ I’ll be back in a bit and again walked away from me. After another five minutes of waiting. I gave up and left. It shouldn’t be that hard to get help for a simple query at Asda. None of the staff I interacted with were “happy to help”

It's alright, not too expensive not too cheap either. I saw a mouse near the monsters/pop area a few weeks back, please install rodent traps

Location and parking is great but the staff are soo incompetent. When you need anyone for assistance or even at the check outs they hardly bother or be around
