I went in today and found the staff unhelpful. The lady with the bob in her early sixties who was supposed to help me tried to assist people waiting before me then got me logged out of my account and needing a passcode by post to get back into it. She spoke to me like I was stupid and was condescending. I asked a man on the counter (white, thin and probably mid fifties) to help me, not realising I was completely signed out of all internet banking and he was rude and abrupt. Really poor service.

extremely poor customer service. the branch was empty but I was still left waiting over 15mins after abruptly being ushered to sit down and wait to be seen, there were 4 members of staff on the branch floor laughing and chatting to one another about there weekend, it wasn't until 3 more customers arrived and a queue started to form was I actually seen. you would think after the consistently poor feedback left online that someone in a senior role would actually take note. unfortunately I have to visit this branch again tomorrow. something I'm not looking forward to, but it's the only one that is local to me that is open which leaves me no choice. Im considering po pointing out the feedback score to staff if it's another bad experience.. maybe something might be done about it... I'll update tomorrow

Very bad staff customer service, staff just sit talking to one another. No acknowledgement or urgency to serve. No chance to get coins of your own money. Only notes from atm. What a sad time of king standing bank account. I fear this will close as bad service is not forgotten or forgiven by many of our money.

I Went in to this branch yesterday very rude and unprofessional staff at all 3 counters no please or Thank you from any of them and they were just stood next too each other chatting away not bothered about customers coming in too the bank I had too pay in machines were not working at 2pm in the afternoon I was told too come back tomorrow after waiting around 30 to 40 mins the bank Manager needs too sort this place out they are plenty of other banks around city centre do not use these guys until staff are retrained on how too speak too customers using this bank putting in money which is earned in a hard away
