Lloyds Bank

Contrary to some of the reviews on here , my experience at the branch was very good. I was pleasantly surprised because my phone contact with Lloyds had been terrible. Hence the visit to this branch. The initial contact and explanation made was fine and pleasant. I was advised a 40 minute wait. Once I was attended to the young lady ( Khan was all I could read on her Id) my initial explanation she sought advice with 2 more senior ladies who all spoke to me civilly and nice. After this my requirements were dealt with and the desired result was achieved in a very short period of time. This after hours and hours on the telephone with Lloyds previously without success. So I can only say good things about my experience in the Hustlergate branch . Perhaps people who say the staff are rude don’t respect the staff initially and … Thanks

Lloyds is a lovely bank but the staff here are rude and they never seem want to work. They will always try to push you away and say do it online or call customer service. Why do you have a branch then? It has happened 3 times now. Unacceptable. These incompetent guys will make you lose loyal customers.

Went today to make a cash withdrawal! The guy who served me Asian middle aged bold guy was really rude and blunt. He had such a patronising demeanour. He said I had to re arrange before hand. I said I had called Lloyds and was reassured I would have no issues. He just rolled his eyes. Half way through he left the desk to go to speak to a colleague about a delivery they had?! He gave me the money so openly in front of everyone not being discreet in the slightest. An awful branch! Thank goodness for online banking

Very bad bank experience, not strong customer service skills. Cashiers talking to them selfs, people complaining and if try to withdraw money from own account nearly impossible. Rude staff, really bad, people closing down their accounts in que sadly speaks volumes.

The experience I have with is bank is horrible I went to the branch because someone stole my bank details and made transactions with my card, so I told them my issue and what happen and that someone stole my money And that I needed help. The person whom I spoke to at the branch gave me a phone number had to sort things out for myself. I didn’t receive the help I needed and I didn’t get my money back. I don’t understand why they have a branch full of employees who should be helping at the bank in person but instead they just tell you to do things on mobile app or they just giving out phone numbers to sort out issues on our own.
