Lilycroft Road Post Office

The guy that serves in the shop is very helpful but the uncle with white beard very rude doesn’t listen at all and makes u feel uncomfortable when he speak down to you. He’s very rude and grumpy.

(RUDE STAFF)cut me of the phone and refused to give me his name when I spoke to the so called manager. He did not give me my parcel when I had my order number, tracking number, email confirmation and text confirmation. I had to call John Lewis for himself not doing his job properly would definitely go further with this as experienced rude and disgusting language.

The uncle in white beard and white hairs at the post office is rude and arrogant he will disrespect you in front of all customers. Long story short I lost my receipt and I wanted to change my postal order and he was rude and arrogant even though I said I am willing to pay fee again for the new order. I don’t know whats wrong with these people. I hope Bradford council will look into this matter. I am here to answer all the questions if you want to open an investigation into this matter. Thanks.

No messing about, got me sorted and stopped me doing something dopey.

If there was an option to give NO stars i would. Absolutely disgusting attitudes do not know how to talk to customers. Calling them is worse you get NO help what so ever, '' its nothing to do with me i cant help '' Not even listening to what the customer is saying. This is by far the most unprofessional and the most slowest post office to deal with, even when there are no customers you are waiting for them to finish chatting amongst themselves till you're noticed.
