Oak Lane Post Office

My own dealings with the post office have been fine, do everything I need to do with efficiency(posting out items), but I was in the shop today and on the right till was an elderly lady who didn’t speak English trying to withdraw cash, the male staff member was rude to her, I understand you can get frustrated at customers sometimes but she’s an elderly lady, the female staff member on the other till started to say auntie come on go elsewhere, you should be helping and supporting her not knocking her down. That’s the reason for my lower rating, post office does the job the but the service they gave that old lady was horrendous!

I really appreciate the calm and respectful way the staff handle busy times. Some customers don’t seem to understand that posting takes a few minutes, but I’ve always been treated with patience and care. Definitely recommend this branch.

Always greeted with a smile here. The staff explain everything clearly, especially when I’m posting something complicated. I’ve seen people get annoyed about waiting, but honestly, the team do their best to help everyone quickly and properly.

His post top face is very good man, friendly. Everything is good, yes. This new honour and the Post Office is good. Everything smiling, man stalking a betting customer salaries is good. Thank you.

Every visit is smooth and friendly. The lady at the counter is always polite, even when dealing with tricky or rude customers. I’ve never had a bad experience — can’t say that for many places these days!
