Absolutely amazing experience, upon entry you're greeted very warmly by the staff, as we came to this first time we was shown around the facilities. We didn't take up the extra spa facilities as in treatments, we went for the basic, in that package you have access to the hydrotherapy, steam room and sauna. The session is a long relaxing 4 hours, where there's access to hot drinks and a relaxing room. Definitely recommend 👌 We came out with Moroccan soaps a bonus treat. Thank you very much to the amazing staff.
Eisha was my therapist today for the signature spa ritual, she was absolutely amazing, so attentive and making sure I was enjoying myself and made me feel like a new woman from head to toe, she has hands like an angel! She has gotten me distressed from head to toe literally, my skin hair and body feels amazing! Highly recommend
My first time with Royal onsen with my sister and all i can say is was not disappointed at all. Came in tired and im leaving energetic abd fresh. The staff Aman, habibah, maryam, Alice khadija were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Their kain concern was to maje us feel comfortable abd they dud that exactly. I highly recommend everyone that is looking for a place to go which is friendly, professional an know wgat they doing ‘ then go to royal onsen highly recommend them.
My wife and I went for the couples experience at Royal Onsen and it exceeded expectations. The facilities are top-notch ��� jacuzzi, sauna, hammam — everything was spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It’s rare to find such a place with genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to unwind together.
Came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends who had booked the place to ourselves. It was a really lovely experience from beginning to end. The privacy and hospitality is unmatched. The facilities are really good too, I've been to many high end spas across the country and this is comparable in many ways. The hamam and massage were genuinely really goos treatments. So overall loved it.
