Carsa | Bradford

Have had a horrendous experience with Carsa buying my second car from them. The after sales has been absolutely terrible. The car they sold me had outstanding maintenance that they did not carry out and when trying to resolve it, they have ignored me. Be very wary of buying a Tesla from them. Make sure all the routine maintenance is up to date.

Excellent service well impressed from start to finish from initial viewing to handover. The team went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the car from moving it out of the rain into the workshop So we could have a good look round to giving us the option of part exchanging our old car or selling it privately right up to the day we picked it up. Well done keep it up with special thanks to Casper, Jess, Kwame and Penny. Will definitely be back when we are ready to swap again.

This is NOT a review of the bradford branch but the company as a whole ,and you would think in the current economic climate and fierce competition that people would do better and value their employment. Please avoid and stick with your local trusted dealer. They would have me travel many miles and waste a full day to test drive a reserved vehicle that wasn't even at the location they told me it was at, and nevermind replying with "contact our customer care dept for more information" . The trust is lost.

Emailed them to ask if a car has specific paid software options. You can find out by turning it on and looking in its menu. They told me they couldn't do this because the car is in storage and I'd have to pay £59 to find out and go and look at it myself. Don't waste your time, I won't be.

!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ICNOMPETENT LIARS !!! Buying a new car should be a happy experience, we did not get this with Carsa. Carsa claim to give their cars a full mechanical health check, unfortunately that health check doesn't extend to basic things like ensuring battery terminals are tightened to the correct torque settings. The result of which was the car fully cutting out and losing all power on dual a carriageway! Leaving my partner stood at the side of the road in pouring rain with a 1 year old. This happened only 6 days after purchase! but the Teflon after sales team refused to take the car back despite their employee at the Bradford branch claiming it could be returned within 14 days should any problems arise. Customer service and accountability is non-existent, Once they have your money, they don't want to know. There's no other way it can be described. They refer to incidents as an 'inconvenience' which is downplaying it to say the very least, we received an offer of £100 off a service as a form of 'compensation'. No thanks, keep it and invest the money on training the incompetent mechanic at the Bradford branch.
