I’ve been coming to the Queens road branch for years now and the service from the team is brilliant every time! I’ve come to know the guys and Thayab is a brilliant person and the customer service I got on this occasion was terrific! I just read one of the reviews above which was talking about unprofessional behaviour and it couldn’t be further from the truth. One of the staff - Nasir I think - went through the entire process smooth and quick and accommodated when I needed to have my car left…AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS…..I came back to a shiny clean car just in time for the holidays!!

Car broke down and got a courtesy car from here. Upon arriving, Wasil was a complete gentleman. Sorted everything out for me smoothly and made the whole process quick which was ideal for my schedule. After hiring, I had some issues with my return date as it was on a bank holiday and the branch was shut. I dealt with both Wasil and Nasir and both of them were amazing. No issues, smooth, no headache and dealt with everything in a timely manner. Would rate this 10 stars just for those 2 gentleman well done to you both

I wasn’t going to write a review even though I was already unimpressed by the service, but now I feel compelled to. I hired a car from this branch for 1 day. When I picked the vehicle up I was shown the outside of the vehicle which had various scratches and dents and I was assured it was all recorded and nothing to worry about. I wasn’t shown inside the car other than the controls as it was keyless, but I took pictures and video of the outside. I wasn’t given much info on the car but came to realize it was a hybrid. Never driven one before but the battery had not been charged and there was very little petrol in the tank. So first I had to fill the tank with petrol as it was almost empty and then as I set off on my journey, the warning message came on for me to check the left brake light. On doing so I could see it was not working. When I called the office the staff member didn’t seem too bothered and suggested I go to a National to get it repaired even stating “ well if you’re okay to drive it like that” Needless to say I wasn’t impressed so went to get it repaired. The drive down to London was smooth, I was ultra careful. The next day when I went to return the car closet to my home, the staff member there mentioned something about a missing locking wheel nut and charging cables. I told him I knew nothing about that and he said no more. He carried out his checks and then came back and said “all done!” So I’m assuming everything was fine. So imagine my surprise when today I get a letter from Enterprise saying that there is a change in condition and that apparently I raised a dispute regarding the missing items, of which I did nothing if the sort because nothing was mentioned after the initial comment so, I had no idea that there was even an issue . I am absolutely shocked and outraged. The only conclusion I can draw is that the locking nut and cable were already missing and whether the agents were aware it not they are now trying to put it on me. This all seems designed to hold on to my deposit. I literally put my suitcase in the boot and drove to London. DID NOT TOUCH OR REMOVE ANYTHING FROM INSIDE (why would I?) AND DID NOT EVEN SEE SAID ITEMS! The car wasn’t charged upon pick up which makes sense if charging cables were already missing. I didn’t try to charge the car and wouldn’t even know what they looked like. I am so disgusted by this whole distressing experience. I feel like I am being scammed and fully intend to escalate this matter !! I used Enterprise previously, many years ago and never in my wildest dreams would I have pictured this scenario.

I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to Nasar. From start to finish, the service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. Nasar went above and beyond by upgrading my car, which made the experience even better. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, and I truly appreciated the extra care and professionalism. Highly recommend both Enterprise and Nasar for outstanding service!

Provided with an unreliable vehicle, had to return early despite the rental agreement. Staff didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about the vehicle which is odd, given that electric vehicles are very popular now and you should really be knowledgeable about the vehicles you are providing as a rental like any other product. The car showed a much much higher speed when the actual speed was barely 20mph showing something like 65-70mph. The odometer was faulty and the car wasn’t safe to drive for that reason. Unfortunately, some of the staff do come across as quite rude at the reception desk such as pulling faces when the customer can see them doing that quite clearly, we don’t owe you anything and are there to rent a vehicle fair and square. Therefore there is no place for attitude as this can be quite upsetting for the customer whilst their car is undergoing repairs During the booking on the telephone,the staff member wasn’t also willing to return the call, so I had to call back several times myself to arrange. Overall, the customer service could really do with an improvement. Starting with less face pulling would be fantastic. I hope the feedback helps and the service is better in the future should I choose to use Enterprise
