Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bradford South

This was by far one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. Booking was simple, the staff explained everything clearly, and there were no hidden fees. The car was in perfect condition and very fuel-efficient. Returning the vehicle was quick and hassle-free. Outstanding customer service—highly recommend this location! Also a very big thank you to Sherry&Hasnain!

Great price, all paperwork quick and easy. The lady at the counter I dealt with was absolutely brilliant. I had to have a change of van because the first one showed that the oil needed changing and no way was I taking it because last time I had a hire car with that warning, not from you, the engine blew up on the motorway! It was a real pity that that young lady felt she had to apologise all the time for the behaviour of the branch assistant manager. When he finished cleaning the original van and moved it to a place for me to jump in and drive away, he didn't even tell me it was ready and he didn't show me around the van as he was supposed to. A bit later when I was talking to the lovely lady as she was checking the tyres on the second van, he stood behind me, was watching what she was doing and didn't even look at me and didn't utter a word of apology for the problems with the first van and having to wait for the 2nd to be prepped. The assistant manager totally let the business down, he also let his colleagues down. His complete lack of acknowledgement needs addressing and IMHO promote the lady I dealt with to his job and get rid of him. She was also a pleasure to deal with when I returned the van 48 hours later. Many apologies that I didn't get her name, she is a credit to the branch and is totally focused on her customers.

A car hire company with no cars. Cancelled my reservation on me. Left without an option to attend a funeral and no alternative presented as the other branches in Bradford apparently don’t have any cars either.

The staff were fantastic and booking the van via the app was very easy to do. Will book again with Enterprise when I need a van again.

0 if it were possible. I've had the misfortune of dealing with this branch 3 times now, and each time gets worse. I would not have used them but due to insurance 'protocol' I had to. After my first instance a few years back, I did leave an honest and negative review but was asked to take it down (bad for business) The 'manager' called to ask why I'd left the review, they reimbursed the money they'd taken out of my account WITHOUT permission. These guys are an absolute SCAM! Do NOT let them take the £1 they ask for to cover fines etc, it's a total con. This time around was a joke, got an Audi A6, the boot was broken, not a scratch or dint, I mean the boot didn't hold up on its own and throughout Christmas, with the amount of shopping I was obviously doing meant it was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, the ENGINE MANAGEMENT light was on??!!! Before i even left the compound! I was reassured there was nothing to worry about though as the vehicle 'had been in their fleet for ages' oh, it also had no fuel had to fill it up straight away... This is where it gets even better... Upon returning the vehicle, I returned it to Hunslet branch as its closer to my business. I explained the situation with the boot being broken and engine management light etc and surprise surprise...weeks down the line, I get a letter trying to charge me!!! For your sub standard, DANGEROUS vehicle!!! Absolutely disgusting. I'd like to also address something even more dangerous and worrying. I'd tried to look into this with Enterprise but you don't get anywhere, like other people here state, you get passed about and in all honesty I genuinely didn't believe the answers I was given. There is no such thing as a coincidence I've learnt. So tell me why after each time I've had the misfortune of using South Bradford, has my HSBC account been hacked? These guys have all my personal info, they know my account is due compensation due to the insurance/accident and like clockwork, my account gets hacked, money drained. I cant explain to you how much stress, hassle, time, upset, anger devastation, these people have caused. They tried to tell me 'they don't have access to my details' but they clearly hold them on file as they find it too easy to charge people for nothing without telling you. I was promised a call back over 3 weeks ago from someone looking into the ridiculous charge for the damage that was already there when I was handed the car, no surprise, I've not heard anything! Probably never will! I have told everyone I can to steer clear of this branch and i advise everyone reading this to do the same. They need investigating, they are a law unto themselves, daylight robbery, using unsafe substandard cars and non-existent customer service, it doesn't get worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't believe these '5 star' reviews, they hound you after you've returned the car to leave a glowing review, these people probably had enough of being begged and harassed to leave a review.
