I’ve always love coming to shop at the nearest DIY, hardware and electronics store. I always shop here locally for DIY, hardware and electronics. The good customer service, the smiles, the greetings and everything makes me always very welcomed with good satisfaction. The best of product knowledge, good talking points of the products and good service is overall met to good perfection. The prices, layouts and product availability are all good. I purchased at good blender for a good price. The best of a blender I purchased. Chinks is the best of the good customer service, good customer care and knowledge he offers all the time. He is a good man. He has positive talking. He looks after me with my purchases and always keeps me satisfied.
Helped me out massively today. They adjusted my machine from China so it could be plugged in. They also made sure the wire was secure. Went above and beyond for me. Thanks again. Will definitely visit again.
Rubbish company, I ordered a clock radio alarm from this company via EBay, although Ebay have my postcode this company decided to send it to a postcode about 50 miles from mine, hence I never received it despite having paid for it, so I’m £35 out of pocket and nobody wants to take responsibility or answer emails. I have been using this shop for over 30 years. I’ve always found what I’ve wanted and if I could find or see what I needed I’d ask. Between their team of 4 they have all the knowledge you need from a single wire to a complex PA system . You can buy any thing electrical here and trust me I have from bulbs to diodes to watch batteries. I cannot recommend them enough, price wise yes you’ll find cheaper you won’t find better. You simply get what you pay for. Ayub Khan.
Worst shop ever, avoid at all costs. Absolutely rude customer service, arguing over a couple of pence. Over priced, rude customer service, poor product quality then claim it's high quality. I would give this a 0 star rating if I could. Avoid this shop at all costs. Absolutely bad experience and would never come to this shop again. 👎
