Great practice , put in a patches got a call less than an hour later gp had looked at it then booked in for blood test same evening ! Receptionist’s Always polite & understanding.

Moor Park surgery is one of the best practices in Bradford. They have helpful, polite staff always willing to help. You can get an appointment on the same day. All the clinicians are excellent and attend you your needs promptly and accordingly. They provide excellent care and very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

The receptionist is so rude to me across the phone. I have young special children who get ill easily and when I call to book an appointment the receptionist doesn't offer one and instead acts like she knows it all and thinks she is the doctor herself. The receptionist should be replaced and this practice should be closed. It is a waste of time and space and do not do anything to help you.
