If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute awful surgery. Let’s start with the receptionist who genuinely needs to be retrained or sacked. This whole “rule” on you can only book for one person per call?? Doesn’t make sense when getting through for one person is hard enough then by time you’ve waited in line again, of course there’s NO appointments left & “call back tomorrow at 8am”. If all receptionist followed this rule then ok but it is just ONE sad girl who follows this rule, none of the rest do. You know when she answers you’re going to have a difficult call. You have to chase up your own results, even when they are abnormal! Good luck on getting a referral because that too, you’ll have to chase up yourself. THE WORST SURGERY ever. The only reason we haven’t left this surgery is because Dr Ahmed and Nosh are great doctors. It’s a shame about the rest, especially that one untrained reception staff that make it a mission for people to make an appointment with ease. (She is on at 8am every morning, good luck to us all)

If I could give this awful surgery a 0 I honest would! Since the wrong diagnosis in 2019 one individual who is known to be a practitioner SHAMA NISAR who works at this practice seriously needs to be investigated and this time I am going to make sure it happens as I have decided enough is enough. Ever since my wrong diagnosis I have always requested to have my appointments with anyone but her simply because I feel bullied and she also triggers my mental health that bad. I have also broken down to the receptionists begging them each time I book an appointment to not allow it to be with her! Anyone working under the NHS or similar background should have the basic knowledge to remember they have a duty of care to their patients/clients and if they don’t or lack capability then the management need to be having conversations with the individual to ensure the role is right for them. Every time I have an appointment with Shama she thinks it’s ok to fully bark down the phone at me and be abrupt despite my records stating I have mental health issues which triggers my anxiety, depression & PTSD - with someone like who has conditions like this I’m certain you’d speak to them in a kind polite manner to understand and help them no? This individual always makes me feel worse after having any contact with her and I can’t take it no more hence my review and my complaint that I will be making. This morning she wrote false information on my GP records but has always failed to treat me with the respect, care and dignity that I should be entitled to. If it means I go to the GMC I really will because no one should be able to work in a practice bullying their patients 24/7.

Very poor and heartless service. My daughter had a chest infection and cough. We arrived only 10 minutes late due to a car breakdown, yet the appointment was cancelled without any empathy. Extremely disappointing treatment of a sick child
