I visited the surgery to discuss steroid injections into my knee. The GP (Dr Asif) did a thorough assessment to see if I would possibly benefit from this treatment. Throughout the consultation I was given great information and felt confident to have the procedure immediately. All the way through I was fully aware of what was being done and the GP was wonderful. I am pleased to report that the injection has been a success and the pain I have now is definitely bearable. Thank you for your patience and caring.

The doctors are helpful but one of the receptionist is so rude and lack basic manners. She tried to intimidate me upon asking questions for my prescription. She was a young receptionist in her 20’s. Sounded so typical and ready to fight. I wish the management looks into changing these People or at least training them to listen properly

i have never encountered such unprofessionalism in healthcare setting. The staff, including the reception team, are shockingly unhelpful and discourteous. However, the most concerning aspect is the boss Dr Asif's behavior. he is extremely rude, aggressive. a doctor holds a position of great responsibility and trust. Unfortunately Dr Asif's conduct falls far below the standards expected of someone in such a role. he appears to be consistently in bad mood, shows little to no empathy, and always communicated in unprofessional, rude and hostile manner. patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, and i sincerely hope steps are taken to address this issue. No one should have to experience this kind of treatment when seeking medical care.

The reception team at this medical centre is completely unacceptable. Every visit by my mother has been met with rudeness and a lack of support. Their negligence and disrespectful behaviour, including speaking to me in a very rude manner, is wholly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this medical centre and seek care elsewhere.

Wry ride and defensive staff who do t understand GDPR And if you voice your opinion then the manager states you can’t be a patient here anymore what’s worse is I have a disability
