Always helpful, I been to him few times to fix my plates on. He always welcoming and helpful with a very reasonable price.
I could not fault the excellent service and after sales support that Adam at Bradford Auto Parts provided. After Royal Mail took many days to deliver a return to BAP, Adam found my return package and immediately sent me the correct item, then helped me with fitting questions upon arrival. I look forward, with confidence, to making future purchases at Bradford Auto Parts.
Been going here years for car wipers and bulbs... Owner was shutting shop for the day when I turned up just b4 closing time.. He gladly opened back up, Sold and fitted me my headlight bulb... amazing service... The owner is so friendly and prices charged are really competitive.... Thank you.

I rang auto parts in the morning to ask them if they can fit me a bulb in for Audi a1 (the right headlight) he told me yes he can do if for £10. I told him I would bring my car in later on to get it done , I went at around 17:30 he asked me to open my bonnet after that he said he can’t do it I had to take it to a garage … What sort of customer service is this ?? If they couldn’t do it they should have told me rather then wasting my time and travel .. I then went to a garage I know that was opened he did the job for me straight away , I appreciated the help from them .
