Called and asked to come and look at the boiler as was faulty. Arranged a suitable time and date around my schedule. Unfortunately the boiler was condemned but options were given to suit my needs and budget with no pressure to use them. All information provided with no hidden extras and happy to come and do a full boiler fit the day after. Came first thing after notifying on way. Job done in 3 hours. Area left clean and tidy and all rubbish including old boiler removed. Numan and Abdurrahman were polite and friendly. Would recommend this company. Very happy with the service.

Update: Numan and Andy have now replaced my boiler as well. They genuinely went the extra mile, especially considering it was a Saturday job and they ran into a few unexpected complications that required rerouting pipework and sourcing additional parts at short notice. They stayed until everything was tested and working properly. This was urgent for us - the old boiler failed without warning, and with a 3-year-old at home, being without heating and hot water simply wasn’t an option. There are always cheaper options, but when you need reliability, responsiveness, and a job done right under pressure, you can trust these guys without hesitation.

Woke up yesterday, our 20+ years boiler had finally give up. Insurance put us in touch with NI Gas and Plumbing Services. They came out yesterday, and gave us a few no oligation quotes for a new boiler. So professional and friendly. Got back in touch to go ahead. Abdurrahman messaged to say on route, arrived 8.20am this morning. Abdullah arrived not long after. Their standard of work was exceptional. They kept us updated as to how the job was going. Friendly, knowledgeable guys with a great work ethic. Left no mess, and we had a new boiler installed and working perfectly just after lunch. I highly recommend using this company.

Brilliant service today from NI Plumbing Services Ltd. We had a pigeon that had come down the chimney and was behind the fire. They were with us really quickly and also rescued the pigeon. Also did a service on the fire. Abdurrahman was wonderful and really friendly. All work was carried out professionally and also very cleanly. Definitely reccomend this company.
