Ordered 2 months ago, order was never dispatched. Tried ringing countless times, usually get no answer. Email ignored. Voicemail ignored. He answered once and said he’d been preoccupied as his wife was in hospital and would get back to me. Never happened. Just answered an hour ago and said he’d ring back in 10 minutes. He didn’t, and now he’s ignoring my calls. AVOID.

Awful !! Ordered 3rd oct, paid for 3 day delivery & still waiting on 27th oct - company is uncontactable, tried the landline numerous times, mobile numerous times, emailed them, left voicemails & text messages but no response to anything. Need these to finish a job & be paid. Would like to know if they can’t fulfil the order give me a refund. Awful service, would not recommend at all

(SCAM) Shocking service. Ordered parts off of this website at the start of December that are in stock but have never arrived. Spoke to someone in store (Dan Eddison) and same story every time he was not interested in me or giving a refund and now not getting back in touch. STAY AWAY.

Unfortunately my review is the same as the others. Items were listed as in stock and i still haven’t received my order four weeks later. No return calls either. Production is now held up on an order at my end.

AVOID - ordered a window lock online, never received it a d they never respond to any form of communication. Sent two e-mails, called and left voicemails, nothing in return from the business, much like many others leaving reviews here. Had to request a charge back via my bank. Shite.
