Had to leave a review because I'm obsessed with my new hair & this place. Now my hair was a major job as I'd stupidly purchased the wrong coloured extensions, so this took an entire day to rectify. The staff were so amazing & accomodating, they didn't me feel like id put them out or anything. In fact they were more than reassuring that they could do the necessary colour correction and applications, so I felt less guilty about getting the wrong hair colour. Lesson learnt! Always have a consultation in person if possible, so that you can get their expert input and the correct info & advice. Jaye worked tirelessly to ensure I got my natural chocolate brown hair back with some blonde definition. The fitting of my flat weft is the flattests & most comfortableIve had yet (thanks to Jaye). Most hair colour experts have pushed me to have a rusty orange toned look which I really wanted to get away from. Im so happy with yhe results that Ive decided to share a no make up photo. Letting the hair do all the talking. Azra, from the moment I step inside until the minute I leave I feel at home. I love the professionalism & knowledge you guys have. Shannon coloured and cut my hair today, and I honestly walked out feeling like a new person. The staff were so friendly and polite and they made both me and my daughter feel incredibly welcome. There was such a lovely atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Shannon you are the best and I can’t wait to see you again!

I came in for a wash, cut, and blow-dry and was very happy with the experience. I really appreciated how the haircutting process was explained to me and how I was kept updated throughout. The team were lovely, and Azra cut and styled my hair perfectly—exactly how I wanted it. I am very pleased.

Absolutely amazing experience, I wear a hijab and felt completely comfortable as they’d put the shutters down for privacy. Jaye was outstanding, honestly, the woman has magic in her fingers. I’m a busy mum that doesn’t have much time for self care so forced myself to get a well overdue haircut. Jaye did an amazing job and I love the finished result. The staff were all so friendly.
